"Knocked it Out of the Park"
"What can I say! The KC Homes 365 team knocked it out of the park. We met with a few realtors before signing our listing agreement. Some had big teams or a giant name attached to their presentation, but Scott and the rest of the team stood out. We felt at ease in every conversation. There wasn't a single instance where my wife and I felt in the dark or uninformed. The communication was great! The pictures - awesome! The staging was fantastic (I'd like to think our personal style helped too).
Scott told us to think about where to stay for a couple of nights, in the spirit of having a lot of traffic for showings. He was right about the traffic, wrong about the 3 nights. He priced our home right on the money and we had multiple offers well above list before the end of the first full day - and under contract by the third day.
Bottom line - If you want to sell, use KC Homes 365, but be ready because it's going to happen quickly once listed. Great job by the whole team!"
"Scott and his team are AWESOME! We selected Scott because of his knowledge, expertise and high-level of personal service. Scott was there for us every step of the way, helped us get the price we were looking for and made the challenging process of selling a house enjoyable!
Bottom line, Scott is a difference-maker!!!"
"Knowledge and Experience to Guide Me to a Smart Buy"
"I completed the full process of purchasing and selling of my first home with Scott's help. I can't imagine someone doing a better job of guiding me through the process. Scott took the time to learn what I wanted in a house, while using his knowledge and experience to guide me to a smart buy.
When it came time to sell, Scott used his expertise to help me get my house ready for the market. Again, he gave great direction about negotiation the contract. He did an amazing job from beginning to end."
"For More than Asking Price"
Our house sold in a day and a half for more than the asking price! Nobody could be more outstanding than Scott. We had been living in this house 48 years, we're both in our 80s, and we really anticipated a lot of problems. However, Scott kept us updated and always found time to answer our calls. We were impressed with his wife's photography and her presentation of the house for sale - it was incredible.
We were tickled pink with Scott - what else can we say?"
